The Produtor Informado (Informed Producer) is a training course for small and middle size coffee producers and rural workers interested in improving its properties management and its coffee quality. For this, we use the computer and the internet as support tools and search for information about good agricultural practices such as climate, prices, markets, production techniques, etc.

The aim is to get a healthy product and free of contamination (physical, chemical and biological). The program still helps the producers to boost its business profits, ensuring environmental sustainability and improving quality of life of rural population.
